The early days with a newborn can feel overwhelming.
Sleep is broken, feeding can feel uncertain, and everything is new all at once. You might feel exhausted, unsure, or like you’re just trying to keep up each day.
Whether you’re a first-time parent or adjusting to life with another baby, this stage can be a lot to carry on your own.
You’re not meant to do it alone.
I provide in-home and virtual postpartum doula support across Ottawa, helping you feel confident, supported, and cared for as you navigate the newborn stage.
My role is to support both you and your baby, so you can rest, recover, and feel more grounded in your new life.

Daytime support focuses on helping you feel confident and supported throughout your day.
This can look like:
• Hands-on newborn care
• Feeding support and guidance
• Answering questions as they come up
• Supporting routines and daily flow
• Creating a calm, supported environment at home

Overnight support allows you to get the rest you need while your baby is cared for.
This includes:
• Full overnight newborn care
• Feeding support throughout the night
• Diapering, soothing, and settling
• Supporting healthy sleep from the start
