Feeding your baby shouldn’t feel confusing, stressful, or overwhelming, but for so many families, it does.
Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, supplementing, or still figuring out what works for you, I provide real, hands on support through 1-1 sessions to help you feel confident in how you’re feeding your baby.
Every family is different. My role is to guide you through your options, support your goals, and help you build a plan that actually works.
I provide in-home and virtual lactation support across Ottawa, helping you feel confident, supported, and cared for as you navigate your feeding journey.
I support families with:
Breastfeeding (latch, positioning, pain, supply concerns)
Pumping troubleshooting & learning
Bottle feeding and combination feeding
Increasing or regulating milk supply
Feeding routines that support better sleep
Newborn feeding expectations and schedules
Together we’ll look at your situation and adjust based on what your baby and your body need.
My role is to support both you and your baby, so you can rest, recover, and feel more grounded in your new life.
